UK Graduate Programme

Register your interest now to join our Summer 2023 graduate recruitment process.

At Cerillion, we are lucky to have teams of intelligent, passionate people delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers – many of whom themselves began at the company as graduates.

Our two-year graduate scheme will see you work on a multitude of projects, as well as regular training, supplied both internally and externally, during which you will be provided with a dedicated mentor to support you, whilst ensuring that you are being suitably challenged on your path to becoming a multi-talented member of the team.

We accept applicants from all educational backgrounds. The recruitment process is a short one; after submitting your application, CV, and cover letter, we will call prospective candidates for a brief chat, before inviting them to an Assessment Day.

Assessment Day

We are very passionate about our graduate scheme and see our Graduates as the future leaders of Cerillion.  As such this means our assessment days are crucial to ensuring that we find the very best talent whilst also making sure that Cerillion is the right fit for them.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to submit a copy of your CV along with the answer to the following question: "Why do you want to work in Technology?" a simple question but a very important one.

Those who are successful will then be asked to complete a short phone interview with a member of our HR team.  The interview usually lasts between 20-30 minutes and is an opportunity to find out a bit more about you and for you to ask any questions you may have about the company.

We then move onto our assessment day, when you will be invited to visit our office and meet our amazing team.

The day will consist of:

  • A meet and greet breakfast with some of the team and those who will be interviewing you.

  • A short presentation from our HR Director providing you with an introduction to Cerillion and how the Graduate scheme can kickstart your career in technology.

  • You’ll then sit a short 45-minute critical reasoning test.

  • Followed by a 45-minute interview with two of our team members.

  • Lunch is then provided and a further opportunity to speak to some of our current graduates who can really tell you just what it’s like to work at Cerillion as a Graduate.

  • The final task of the day is presentation-based task and you’ll be asked to present to a panel of our team members.

The best way to prepare:

  • The best way to prepare for our assessment day is to really think about why you want to work for a company like Cerillion and why you want to have a career in technology.

  • Review your CV so that you are familiar with all the details listed.

  • Relax and let your personality shine, we understand that interviewing can be a stressful task but at Cerillion we really want to get to know the real you at our assessment day.

Everyone is willing to help and if you’re ever stuck then it's by choice as there’s always people to ask. Everyone is so knowledgeable, and some people have worked here for so long and they just know everything straight away.

Everyone is so friendly; I haven’t met a single person that hasn’t been nice, it makes it so much easier when you have to ask questions.

One of the best things is coming in as a cohort and having other graduates to ask questions to, it’s nice having other graduates to rely on. We go for food together and it’s a great way to transition from Uni life to work life.
