The Challenges

In Australia, ResMed were preparing to launch a new set of subscription-based services, providing patients with access to the latest sleep related medical products for a convenient and affordable monthly fee.

The Results

Following a thorough evaluation of the Skyline platform, using the Free Trial to validate their business model, ResMed selected Skyline Enterprise Edition to support its subscription management needs in Australia. For the implementation, ResMed worked closely with Cerillion’s customer success team to configure their products and services and establish the channel sales configuration needed to sign-up a network of dealers as their primary sales channels. In anticipation of the market evolving, success of ResMed’s business model hinged on implementation speed, nimbleness and flexibility of a subscription billing platform.
