Cerillion Offer "Bill on Time" Lifeline

London, 1st November 2000 – The convergent customer care and billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has launched a new interim and rescue billing solution.

The “Bill On Time” service is designed to plug potential gaps in billing service that might be generated through delays in a new multi component customer care and billing implementation or through billing failures. Says Craig Scollick, Implementation Director at Cerillion Technologies: “When launch deadlines and service penalties loom it can become very stressful for all parties. As a result some vendors are tempted to cut corners and make unsatisfactory compromises. The solution at launch may not be all that you had planned. The cost of such projects can easily get out of hand. Certain items and issues are invariably overlooked during the project specification and the rush to meet the launch date. Other issues are only uncovered during the course of the project.”

“The net result can be either a missed launch date or a poorly delivered project. That is why we have introduced the “Bill On Time” service. This service delivers a fully operational “vanilla” version of the Cerillion solution that can be deployed very quickly. This ensures that there is no loss of service and no interruption of cash flow”.

The “Bill On Time” service includes a project health check. This carries out a review of risks and problem areas and establishes a realistic date for service launch. If there is a gap, the “Bill On Time” solution can be rolled out using Cerillion Technologies unique “Business First” implementation service that encompasses the complete business needs of the company.

Says Business Development Director, Guy O'Connor: “We deliver a generic yet fully functional version of our Cerillion product that is guaranteed to meet your launch date. Yet because Cerillion is pre-integrated the inherent risk factors, in terms of time and cost, associated with multi component implementations are substantially reduced. We can also deliver the system with full management to define and rationalize your real business needs for launch. You achieve critical “time to market” deadlines. Customers receive the best possible experience from day one. Market share is built. Competitive position and advantage is achieved. Cash flow is maintained. Penalties are avoided.”
