Cerillion Technologies And DMR Consulting Form Partnership To Target Latin America
London, 3rd February 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has announced that it has signed a new channel partner agreement with DMR Consulting, part of the Fujitsu Consulting Group. DMR be working with Cerillion Technologies to offer CRM and billing solutions to telecom operators where broad based functionality and speed of implementation are critical factors.
This new agreement allows Cerillion Technologies to extend its international operations into Latin and Central America, as well as other Spanish speaking countries. The partnership agreement covers Cerillion CRM and Billing and also IBAS, Interconnect Billing and Settlement.
The Latin American telecom market has grown rapidly in terms of number of operators and subscriber base. The Brazilian market alone is valued at over $20Bn. There is also a great demand for new, innovative services, such as Internet telephony. These new services require more flexible CRM and billing systems. Cerillion Technologies and DMR Consulting see this as a great opportunity for a fully convergent and restriction free system such as the Cerillion CRM and Event Based Billing system.
