PC Management selects Cerillion CRM and Billing for Keystone Wireless, Pennsylvania

London, 12th May 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has entered into a contract with PC Management Inc (PCM), for the supply and Implementation of the Cerillion CRM and Billing suite to Keystone Wireless, a fast growing GSM operator based in Pennsylvania USA. 

PCM is a specialised investor and manager of Wireless Companies in the U.S.A. It has launched and grown several types of wireless network operations on behalf of investors and associate companies.
 
Keystone Wireless, an affiliated company of PCM, recently acquired Conestoga Wireless, and will migrate the company’s customer base from an existing legacy billing system to Cerillion’s complete CRM and Billing suite. This is being undertaken as part of a wider network and infrastructure upgrade at Keystone Wireless.
 
“The Cerillion platform, and its CRM component, will allow us to introduce exciting programs and features in Pennsylvania. With Cerillion’s capabilities, we will be able to better track our subscribers’ unique user styles, and tailor our plans to suit them”, said Linda Martin, Executive Vice President and co-founder of PC Management.
