Cerillion Provide Complete Billing Support For Tele2’s Assault On UK Fixed Line Market

London, 14th January 2004 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Tele2 to provide a complete managed solution for their operations in the UK.Tele2 UK has launched an aggressive plan to capture a large slice of the UK fixed wire services market and to become the leading alternative to BT. Their marketing campaign has already commenced, with extensive advertising over television and the national press.  

The Cerillion system is located in Docklands in London UK and is managed entirely by Cerillion staff. CSRs are located in Mumbai, India. This solution has enabled Tele2 to launch very quickly whilst simultaneously keeping costs down. A basic implementation was completed and operational within three weeks of an agreement being reached. This includes customer care, rating, billing, credit management and workflow management.
