Cerillion named a Visionary in Gartner’s 2016 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs
London, 24th October 2016 – Cerillion plc (AIM: CER), a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management solutions, today announced that it has been positioned in the “Visionaries” quadrant of the Gartner 2016 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs*. This is the third year in a row that Cerillion has been included in this highly respected industry report, we believe reflecting the company’s growing stature and reputation as a leading IRCM vendor.
The Magic Quadrant report evaluates vendors across a broad range of criteria including product strategy, sales and marketing strategies, innovation and client references; and companies are positioned according to “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute”, with Cerillion progressing from a Niche Player in 2015 to being one of the Visionaries in the 2016 report. Gartner evaluated Cerillion Enterprise, the company’s pre-integrated BSS/OSS suite, as well as Cerillion Skyline, its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) billing and subscription management solution.
“Digitalisation means that companies in all sectors need to be able to adapt and evolve quickly to remain relevant and be successful in increasingly competitive markets,” commented Louis Hall, CEO, Cerillion plc. “As a supplier of mission critical business solutions, our role is to anticipate future trends and to equip our customers with the tools they need to innovate and differentiate their services in this rapidly changing business landscape. Receiving recognition from Gartner we believe validates our strategy and we are delighted with our position in the Visionaries quadrant of this prestigious industry report.”
