London, 10th February 2004 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Tele2 to provide a unified billing solution for mobile and fixed operations in Latvia. This solution will provide billing for over 200,000 subscribers.

London, 3rd February 2004 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with APUA PCS (Antigua Public Utilities Authority) for the provision of a CRM and Billing system. The system will support GSM and GPRS services. It includes CRM, Rating, Billing, Credit Management, Payment Management and Web Self Care functions.

Tele2 UK has launched an aggressive plan to capture a large slice of the UK fixed wire services market and to become the leading alternative to BT.

London, 5th November 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has announced a new, real time, rules based mediation platform for fixed, mobile, IP and converged networks. It has been specifically designed to work with pre-pay platforms, as well as other network elements, to provide a mediation solution for pre-pay / post pay converged operations.

London, 16th September 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Mobicom to provide a converged billing solution for mobile and fixed operations in Mongolia. The solution will deliver support for GSM, CDMA, Wireless Local Loop, ISP and VoIP business.

London, 15th August 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has successfully implemented the Cerillion system for Tele2 Lithuania in 12 weeks from project start-up to go live.

London, 14th July 2003 – Cerillion Technologies is to provide convergent CRM and event based billing for Wave Telecom. Wave Telecom, launched in December 2002, is the only mobile operator to apply for and receive a 3G licence from Guernsey’s Office of Utility Regulation. 3G services will be launched by April 2004. However GSM and GPRS services will be available from November 2003.

London, 30th June 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Tele2 to provide a unified billing solution for mobile and fixed operations in both Estonia and Lithuania. This solution will provide billing for over 500,000 subscribers by the end of 2003.
