Manx Telecom, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT, is implementing the UMTS platform on the Isle of Man, and expects to launch the services early next year. 

London, 2nd September 2000 – Cerillion Technologies, the convergent customer care and billing company, has released a TAP 3 roaming solution for GSM operators. The GSM Association implemented the TAP 3 standard for roaming record interchange on June 30th this year.
