London, 9th January 2006 – Convergent billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, today announced it has completed delivery of a new CRM, Billing and Mediation solution for Caudwell Communications Ltd. Cerillion provided a turnkey delivery, implementing the CRM Plus, Revenue Manager and Mediator products from the pre-integrated Cerillion suite, and completing the migration from Caudwell’s legacy systems.

London, 1st November 2005 – Convergent billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, today announced it has completed implementation of its mediation solution in support of Manx Telecom’s new High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) network. Cerillion Mediator was implemented on time and to budget, and integrated with the existing Cerillion CRM & Billing solution, enabling Manx Telecom to be the first operator in the world offering commercial HSDPA services.

London, 30th August 2005 – Convergent billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, today announced it has signed a contract to provide a new mediation solution to support Manx Telecom’s launch of High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) technology. At the same time, Manx Telecom will also benefit by upgrading to the latest version of the Cerillion CRM and billing solution.

London, 14th July 2005 – Cerillion Technologies today announced a new contract to provide a complete CRM, Billing and Mediation solution to Euphony, a pan-European provider of telecommunications and utility services, to support their rapidly growing business.

London, 9th February 2005 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement to provide a complete CRM and Billing solution for Gamtel, the primary fixed wire communications provider in Gambia, and Gamcell, a wholly owned subsidiary providing GSM services. As part of the project Cerillion will migrate more than 200,000 fixed and mobile subscribers from two separate legacy systems in to the new convergent solution.

London, 2nd February 2005 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, today announced that Tele2 Ireland has been successfully added to its managed service billing operation.   Tele2 UK has been using the managed service for the past year, and the extension to include Tele2 Ireland is a significant step in the growth of this solution.

London, 28th January 2005 – Convergent billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, today announced its audited results for another highly successful year, with turnover up 46% to $17.5m and EBITDA of $3.4m for the financial year ending 30th September 2004. This period has seen 9 new customers choosing Cerillion to solve their billing problems, with continued success in Europe, Africa and The Americas.

London, 18th January 2005 – Cerillion Technologies today announced a new contract to supply a complete interconnect billing and settlement solution for BTC, the primary fixed line communications provider in Bulgaria. Cerillion will deliver a full turnkey solution, implementing their Interconnect Manager product to support all BTC’s interconnect agreements.

London, 9th June 2004 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, have been awarded a contract with Guyana Telephone and Telegraph (GT&T) for the supply and Implementation of Cerillion’s fully convergent product suite.
