London, 14th May 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has signed an agreement with Wireless Solutions International of Florida, USA. This agreement supports a strategy to develop business for both Cerillion Event Based Billing & CRM and Cerillion IBAS, the Interconnect Business Management system.

London, 12th May 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has entered into a contract with PC Management Inc (PCM), for the supply and Implementation of the Cerillion CRM and Billing suite to Keystone Wireless, a fast growing GSM operator based in Pennsylvania USA. 

London, 28th April 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has successfully implemented a CRM and Billing system for Sotelgui of Guinea, a Telekom Malaysia subsidiary. The Cerillion system has replaced two existing systems, one for Sotelgui’s fixed wire customers and one for the operator’s GSM customer base. It was implemented in conjunction with INSYS Solutions SDN BHD of Malaysia.

London, 3rd February 2003 – Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has announced that it has signed a new channel partner agreement with DMR Consulting, part of the Fujitsu Consulting Group. DMR be working with Cerillion Technologies to offer CRM and billing solutions to telecom operators where broad based functionality and speed of implementation are critical factors.
